Project Timeline

• Each custom project is expected to be completed within approximately one month. The timeline may vary depending on the complexity of the design and the number of revision requests. Once payment is completed, the project will start immediately. During the design phase, we will provide computer design drafts for your review and feedback. You may request one round of modifications during this stage. After final confirmation, you won't be able to make any more changes or adjustments. Once production is complete, international shipping typically takes around 10 days, depending on the destination and customs clearance process.
  

Non-Refundable Policy:

• As each custom order is made exclusively for you, we do not accept refunds for any subjective reasons, including but not limited to:
• 1) Change of mind or personal preference
• 2) Minor differences from the confirmed design due to handcrafting or materials 
• 3) Delays caused by logistics or production schedules
• Refunds or replacements are only accepted in cases of serious damage caused by international shipping. In such cases, customers must provide a clear unboxing video and evidence of the damage within 12 hours of delivery. Claims made beyond this timeframe cannot be processed.

Production and Color Disclaimer

• As each doll is handmade, slight variations in color, texture, or finish may occur due to lighting, materials, or display differences. These variations are considered normal and are not grounds for return or refund.

Communication Notice

• Please ensure timely communication during the design phase. If we do not receive feedback or confirmation within 7 days, we will assume that the latest design draft is approved and proceed to production automatically.
